Job description:

- Customer service by phone and by e-mail

- AES Filing / reporting

- Export Documentation preparation

- Pick-up coordination

- Booking with SS lines and Co-loaders

- Troubleshooting and problem-solving

- Liaise with overseas agents and offices

- Billing and invoicing

- Cost provisioning

- Data Entry

Job Requirements:

- Good verbal & written communication skills in English

- Team player with strong social skills

- Understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)

- Able to multi-task and handle high pressure environment

- Customer service oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
